This workshop is designed for little ones to explore and play freely while mums enjoy meaningful creative time. Toys and sensory play stations are provided for flexibility.

🌿 Mums & Minis Update – Session Cancelled This Week 🌿

Hi everyone,

Due to the possible cyclone, this Thursday’s (7th March) Mums & Minis session is cancelled. We’ll resume next Thursday, 13th March, and run for a total of four sessions instead of five.

If you were thinking of joining, I’ve updated the price on the website to $80 for four sessions. You’re still welcome to sign up!

Settle In Time: A gentle start to help little ones get settled into play with toys and sensory activities, creating a calm space for mums to relax. 🚂

Guided Meditation: A short, calming moment for mums to centre themselves while minis can join in or continue exploring. 🧘🏽‍♀️

Creative Arts Time: Focused art therapy activities designed for mums to unwind and express themselves creatively. It’s okay if your mini wants to join in and help! 🎨

Share & Dance: Celebrate the creative process with a short group share and enjoy a fun, light-hearted mums-and-minis dance session. 💃🏻

Closing Breaths: A calming end to the session, leaving you both refreshed and connected. ☺️
